We specialise in the field of screening, quality of control and additional operations on mass produced and prototype units for the car industry and its suppliers. For each new project and production, we provide effective time estimates across all stages of development.

Services provided:

• Screening – Optical checking of unit surfaces, measuring of sizes and angles, verification of functions, checking of electrical properties and screening by borders and gauges according to the customer's needs and requirements.

• Quality control – Input checking, in-process inspection, final inspection, and storage control and stocktakings.

• Additional work – Remedial work and improvements, deburring, beveling and chamfering, friction glazing, degreasing and others work with hand tools according to the customer's needs and requirements.

• Assembling and disassembling – Basic modules.

• Quality wall - A system for the enhanced verification of each unit.

All activities are dealt with as individual projects by a dedicated team leader working with trained and experienced staff.

Clear and precise records are kept for each completed task, based on ISO 9001:2009 and ISO TS 16949:2002.

Order forms, testing instructions, defect reports and assessments of orders are processed by a dedicated company information system.
